I am 86 years old, but the body is better right now than 64 years ago when Uncle Sam drafted me into the US Army. I once weighed 254 and my blood pressure was at 204 /105.. I now weigh 142 and BP is under control. I walk and have fun speaking and writing about Health , Wellness and Economics.

DRINK WATER ( GET OFF SUGAR DRINKS)
EAT FRESH AND FRESH FROZEN FRUITS AND VEGGIES AND NUTS
( CUT BACK ON PROCESSED FOODS AND UNHEALTHY STUFF)

WALK 20 TO 60 MINUTES EVERY DAY
(OUT IN THE REAL OUTSIDE ON YOUR FEET OR IN YOUR WHEEL CHAIR)
SLEEP SEVEN OR MORE HOURS
(NO TV-SMART PHONE-BOOKS-LIGHTS OUT)
