I COUNT STEPS - NOT MINUTES. AT FIRST I COUNTED AND WROTE IT DOWN. TODAY MY SMART WATCH AND LAPTOP DO ALL THE WORK.-BUT I DO THE WALKING EVERY DAY . I HAVE NOT MISSED A DAY. MY AVERAGE HAS MOVED UP TO 7971 STEPS A DAY

NO DIETS-NO SPECIAL FOOD -NO GIMMICKS  - JUST ME - THE WEIGHT HAS GONE FRO 254 TO 149 (SAME AS THIS TIME LAST YEAR".
