It takes discipline, consistency, and desire to build a winning routine. Jack Nicklaus had the famous putting routine.  Experts timed it for 18 holes. It never varied over 3 seconds for each of the 18 putting surfaces.

Many experts said Lindsey Vaughn was too old and suffered from too many injuries to even be in another Olympics. She has a routine behavior before sailing down the course. She wiggles and moves as if She was really skiing the course. She takes visualizing to a whole new level.

WE HAD A 10 K LAST WEEKEND. MOST EVERY RUNNER  STARTED OFF IN CROSS COUNTRY  WHILE STILL IN JUNIOR HIGH.

THE CANTON SCHOOLS  HAVE  A GREAT CROSS COUNTRY PROGRAM. 

IT IS A "DO GOOD  AND CREATE VALUE " PROGRAM 

MARTA, A JUNIOR HIGH TEACHER IS IN CHARGE AS COACH AND CHIEF COOK AND BOTTLE WASHER  

JUNIOR AND SENOR  HI- BOYS- GIRLS - JV - VARSITY - THE SCHOOL BUSES- SCHEDULING - RECORDING AND POSTING-ETC ETC ETC 

AND GETTING THE KIDS TO BECOME CLASS LEADERS AND READY TO GRADUATE INTO THE NEXT WORLD ON TOP AS LEADERS AND EXAMPLES OF WHAT A TOP GRAD IS - LANDING TOP SCHOLARSHIPS- READY FOR WHATEVER THE WORLD THROWS AT THEM. 

MARTA DOES ALL THAT

I am 88 years old, but the body is better right now than 66 years ago when Uncle Sam drafted me into the US Army.

 I once weighed 254 and my blood pressure was as high as 204 /105. On June 12, 2006 I asked me this question.
