Park Way out in the parking lot. Take your brisk walk..Get your cart. Hang a right- then the back wall, cut left . Check out with a pile of good stuff.

There is the fresh produce, the dairy and eggs, fresh meat and fish, and  the fast frozen fruits and veggies.

Be careful. The processed food sellers are slipping bad stuff in there.  If you don't buy crap, you won't eat eat, and they will quit sellin it.

HEALTHY FATS ARE GOOD FOR YOU

You feel fuller longer.  The sore spots  in you joints and bones feel like they are getting a grease job. You feel looser and not stiff.  They are just plain GOOD FOR US.

Nuts, fruits, olive oil,avacados,sunflower seeds,and balsamic vinaigrette dresssing are some of my facorites..

These are just a few. A fist size portion goes a long way.  The variety is endless.  Bake , broil and raw. You will need energy to WALK BRISKLY

Fresh and fast frozen veggies ate the best way to give the old "bod" vitamins, minerals and fiber. Broil, boil and bake. Don't  go messing with sauces that contain "bad stuff"..

Here are my eight favorites. Two palm full portions make sense to me.

Everybody loses some umph every day and needs a recharge. Here are my favorite eight proteins to get a daily recharge. a good  palm full is about right for a serving size.

NO FRYING and  NO DOCTORING WITH DRESSING and other bad stuff

Add fresh and fresh frozen fruits and veggies any time
