I am 88 years old, but the body is better right now than 66 years ago when Uncle Sam drafted me into the US Army.

 I once weighed 254 and my blood pressure was as high as 204 /105. On June 12, 2006 I asked me this question.

 TWO  THEN 8 THEN 16 THEN 32 THEN 64 IN A TOWN OF LESS THAN FOUR THOUSAND PEOPLE.

ONE MORNING LAST FALL I LEFT THE GYM AT 7 AM -WHERE OVER 23 WERE LEAVING OR ARRIVING  - SAW 4 WALKERS WITH FLIGHTS IN THERE HATS WALKING DOGS - AND AS I  CUT THRU THE CROSS-FIT PARKING LOT - SAW 17 CARS THEN  PAST THE CHURCH PARKING LOT WITH 6 CARS AND DID HOUR WALK IN THE PARK 14 MORE CARS BEFORE I HEADED HOME. 

THAT IS 64 WALKERS. THERE ARE AT LEAST 128 WALKERS AND RUNNERS OUT AND ABOUT  EVERY DAY IN  TOWN OF LESS THAN 4000 PEOPLE.

DO WHAT WE DO 30 TIMES AND THAT IS OVER 6 MILLION. THAT IS THE POWER OF COMPOUNDING
