A Brisk walk of 20 to 60 minutes every day pays you with

HAPPY HEALTHY LIVING 

Thicker socks and dry shoes

Three layers of pants and four layers of shirts and jackets 

Good pair of warm  gloves

The  24 degree temperature broke there record for today
