I am 86 years old, but the body is better right now than 64 years ago when Uncle Sam drafted me into the US Army. I once weighed 254 and my blood pressure was at 204 /105.. I now weigh 142 and BP is under control. I walk and  have fun speaking and writing  about Health , Wellness and Economics.

 DRINK WATER ( GET OFF SUGAR DRINKS)

IT TURNS OUT THAT SOME GROUND POULTRY INCLUDES THE SKIN, WHICH ASS A SIGNIFIC AMOUNT OF SATURATED FAT.

BE SURE TO LOOK FOR "LEAN " GROUND TURKEY TO ENSURE A MORE NUTURIOUS CHOICE.

EVERY WANTS TO BE HEALTHY, BUT JUST DOSEN'T HAVE THE TIME  TODAY BECAUSE THEY ARE BUSY.

NOT THE 2 %ERS. THEY DRINK MORE WATER,  EAT BETTER, EXERCISE, AND MOST LIKELY WORK OUT AT LEAST THREE TIMES A WEEK.

THE 2%ERS ARE CHARGED UP WITH ENERGY PHYSICALLY, MENTALLY AND EMOTIONALLY.
