THE TWO FUELS WE MUST HAVE ARE WATER AND FOOD
WE ARE LOSING THE BATTLE OF STOPPING SUGAR DIABETES TYPE 2. DOC SAY THE NUMBER ONE CAUSE IS OBESITY.
THE MAJOR CAUSE OF OBESITY IS SUGAR DRINKS. THE MEDICAL PROFESSION IS NOW CALLING SUGAR DRINKS A DRUG.
THEN COVID-19 ARRIVED
THE OVER 65 FOLKS ARE THE HARDEST HIT. THE DATA SAYS THEY HAVE "EXISTING MEDICAL CONDITIONS".
WE EAT AND DRINK BAD STUFF AND IT CATCHES UP AS WE GET OLDER.
THAT IS CALLED SICKNESS, ILLNESS AND CHRONIC DISEASE.
A BUNCH OF MEDICAL-DRUG- CHEMICAL- AND FOOD PROCESSING INDUSTRIES HAVE BEEN "TREATING AND NOT CURING US AND THAT "AINT WORKIN".
DRINKING WATER AND EATING FRESH AND FRESH FROZEN FRUIT AND VEGGIES AND NUTS WILL BUILD UP THE BODY AND LOWER OUR CHANCES OF SICKNESS, ILLNESS AND CHRONIC DISEASE BIG TIME. IT CAN GIVE THE OVER 65 BUNCH A FIGHTING CHANCE TO BEAT COVID-19

I started look at age 22. Fifty-two years I FOUND MY PASSION.

Since June 12, 2006 I have never missed a day of walking Briskly. Steve Jobs put it this way. “Like any great relationship, it gets better and better as the years roll on.” He also said this in his speech and I say it right now to you. “Keep looking for your passion until you find it. Don’t settle.”
Walking every day has made me younger and healthier, and I feel better than I was at age 35. The North-East Texas Health department had me on their billboards as their poster boy. I write about walking, blog about walking, and talk about walking.

If I can transform from a dying old man to a healthy happy, passionate “35-year-old” then you can to.

This becomes a HABIT. More water, less sugar drinks and eventually no sugar drinks. Fresh and fresh frozen fruits and veggies and nuts. You get better and better habits and have only whole grains, desert once a week, smaller helpings, less modified stuff, and make more good decisions.
Walking every day and sleeping every night become more of a daily ROUTINE.
Now the way you eat and move is a DISCIPLINE and other people start to see you as a leader they want to follow.

That is my PASSION
I work out from 5:30 AM to 6:30 AM five days a week it's a great bunch of people to be around and we stay about 5 to 6 feet apart minimum. We wash the parts of the machine we use before we start and after we finish what we're doing I don't know if any of this bunch that herd toilet paper and they all have common sense. Have a happy healthy day and stop hoarding toilet paper

Albert Einstein said we can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created the problems.
The food processing and drug industries have created the mess and unable to solve it..Our body must have two fuels to keep us alive. It must have water and food.
Drink water and eat seven or more fresh and fresh frozen fruits and veggies and nuts every day. Let's call that WAFU. That stands for water and food.
Now we must do two things to stay alive. We must walk and sleep every day.
