EAT AT SEVEN TO NINE SERVINGS OF FRESH OR FRESH FROZEN FRUITS ,VEGGIES AND NUTS EVERY DAY. GRAB A HANDFUL OF YOUR FAVORITES , OR TRY SOMETHING NEW.  MY FAVORITE NUTS ARE ALMONDS, PECANS AND PEANUTS.(I KNOW THEY ARE CALLED LEGUMES). LOVE SWEET TATERS, GREEN BEANS,AND AVOCADOS.
