I had my 35th birthday again this month and it will be the 51st time.. In order for me to stay 35 years old every year, I must pay attention to to only two fuels to feed this machine called MY BODY. Two two fuels - lets call WAFO ( WATER AND FOOD)
Water: Get addicted to water instead of sugar drinks. drink a bunch of water
Food: WAFO

The place where we have our Noggin-Gut and all the parts on the outside that jiggle is called BODY. That is where we live.
This body we live in must do just two things to say alive.
WALK and SLEEP. Let's call that WASL
- it must move- get in motion. TOO MANY CHOICES so walk -WALK EVERY DAY _ SHOOT FOR 10,000 STEPS EVERY DAY FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE
Walk: WA
Walk briskly for a minimum of of five minutes but get up to 20 to 45 minutes every day for the rest of your life.
SLEEP (SL)
THIS HOUSE WE LIVE IN NEEDS MOTION SO WALK EVERY DAY (wa)
AND OUR BODY LOSES ITS OOMMPPPHH
-SO WORK UP TO EIGHT HOURS OF SLEEP EVERY DAYSLEEP EVERY DAY .

Hello-Here I am
I am 83 years old, but the body is better right now than 61 years ago when Uncle Sam drafted me into the US Army. I once weighed 254 and my blood pressure was at 204 /105. I moved to East Texas to die. I changed my mind on June 12, 2oo6 and I chose to do 4 things.I call it WAFOWASL. which stands for WATER, FOOD,WALK,and SLEEP. Theses are the four keys to getting health and changing your life.

Since that day I have been walking. I mean BRISK WALKING . I walk 20 to 40 minutes and work to stay under a 20 minute mile. Big Deal? You better dang well believe it. Since that day in 2006 I have walked over 26,700,000 steps and mostly at a brisk pace. So What. Well, I have never been sick. My blood pressure at last Medicare physical was 95/56 and the weight is between 157 and 165. Enough for now. If I can get healthy , so can you.
