Some food gurus put nuts the LEGUME family. My priceless experts researched. Some call it the PEA FAMILY and some call it the BEAN FAMILY. The word LEGUME has been around since the 14th Century and came from Latin which I flunked. Let us call a PEANUT a Peanut.

  • Got protein and that makes athletes happy
  • Needs very little processing
  • OK to add a pinch of salt

For most people, a reasonable amount of caffeine during the day (3 cups of coffee or 6 cups of tea) is considered healthy and even recommended! Caffeine helps kickstart your metabolism. In fact, if you work out in the morning, a cup of coffee before your 2 mile Brisk Walk  will help you perform better. I lay off the sugar and cream.
