AS A PUBLIC SPEAKER I GET ASK "HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT? A LOT. MOST OF  WHAT I TALK ABOUT IS COMMON SENSE,

99% OF ME BEING SMART IS KNOWING WHAT I AM DUMB AT. OVER THE YEARS I HAVE LEARNED TO TAKE ADVICE ONLY FROM THOSE WHO WALK THEIR TALK.  COMMON SENSE TELLS ME THAT IF PIPES GET CLOGGED UP THE NEED TO BE UNCLOGGED. I DO NOT HAVE A SOURCE SO I HAVE MY TEAM OF EXPERTS AS MY SOURCE, NOTICE THEIR MOTTO.  SO BE HAPPY AND LAUGH EVERY DAY.

Fiber (or roughage)  cleans the pipes and tubes in the gut. Fiber is the indigestible part of plant foods that travel THROUGH OUR GUT AND OUT THE REAR END.

Fiber (or roughage) is like sandpaper. It cleans the pipes and tubes as it travels through the gut's sewer system sewer, absorbing water along the way - wooshing and swooshing and flushing as it goes and makes  BMs go better. Fiber keeps us from getting constipated.

PUT IN CLEAN WATER AND NO SUGAR DRINKS IF YOU WANT GOOD FUEL.

LOOKOUT FOR BAD FOOD TO PUT IN THAT FABULOUS GUT.

 READ THE INGREDIENTS, AND DON'T TRUST THE LABLE.

IF THERE IS STUFF OR INITIALS PRINTED IN THE LABLE OR INGREDIENTS THAT YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND - THE ODDS ARE THAT YOU ARE GETTING TREATED LIKE A MUSHROOM.  MUSHROOMS ARE KEPT IN THE DARK AND COVERED WITH MANURE.

The Eating Out industry is in a contest to see who can sell us the biggest sandwich, stuffed taco, loaded breakfast croissant or biggest helping on the largest plate, platter or basket. It’s OK, don’t get in a twit. There is a solution.

Order a glass of ice water with lemon, take out box, and request your meat and baked potatoes are cut in half. If they look at you strangely, tell them your Health Advisors told you this is what you need to have for your healthy lifestyle. That works in most situations.

COFFEE OR TEA ?

Tea leaves and coffee beans both are practically free of calories. Coffee has about twice as much caffeine as tea, but that is OK by me. Unless you are an addict and drink over three cups of coffee or six spots of tea a day both are considered healthy by the folks I listen to.. I walk briskly for two or more miles every morning and like my jolt of java.

When you drink them black, they both are rated as healthy drinks to prevent sickness, illness and chronic disease.

Now here is where the rub comes in. When you start adding that espresso stuff, and sugar and artificial sweeteners,  and add a bit more for good measure then you are messing with a good thing.

Here is the straight scoop. Both are healthy up to three normal cups of coffee or six cups of tea if you avoid sweeteners.

One more thing. Look at the ingredients on the label. Make sure there is no crap added to the coffee beans or tea leaves.

  • WEIGHT DOWN FROM 254 TO 134-136 AND STAYING IN THAT RANGE
  • BLOOD PRESSURE  FROM A HIGH OF  204/105 AND NOW UNDER CONTROL
  •  HEALTHY VITAL SIGNS IMPROVED YEAR TO YEAR AND RATED  GOOD TO EXCELLENT
