BE A HABITUAL EATER

Chose to eat seven or more fresh or fresh frozen fruits and veggies and nuts every day.

The combination of lots of water and fresh fruits, veggies and nuts changed my way of eating. I eat slower, more often and chose smaller servings.

It is a series of happy healthy habits.

The Docs warn us that Sugar drinks are not good for us.

A couple years later I drank a little more water and a little less sugar drink. I started to tweak my habit with a lot more water and a lot less sugar drink. Today, I drink no sugar drinks.

It is a happy healthy habit

We don't have energy. We must provide the fuel to produce energy.in our body. Energy is not just physical, it is also mental  and emotional. We need  just two fuels, water and food.

Drink lots of water and quit sugar drinks.

Eat seven or more fresh fruits and veggies
