 MY RESEARCH DEPARTMENT WENT TO WORK AND GOT  YOUR ANSWER FROM THE CENTER FOR DISEASE CONTROL.

THE CDC SAYS THAT BRISK WALKING IS AT A PACE OF THREE MILES OR MORE PER HOUR. 

At 88 years old I a pushing to get a MILE in an hour

WHEN I STARTED ON JUNE 12, 2006 I DANG NEAR POOPED OUT AFTER FOUR MINUTES OF “BRISK WALKING”. SINCE THAT DAY I HAVE NOT MISSED A DAY OF WALKING .

AT MY AGE, WALKING A 20 MINUTE MILE IS FLYING LOW.

FORGET BRISK WALKING

Walking is walking at YOUR  pace

JUST START AND WALK A LITTLE FASTER AND A LITTLE FARTHER AND IT WILL BECOME A HAPPY HEALTHY HABIT
