WHEN I STARTED ON JUNE 12, 2006 I DANG NEAR POOPED OUT AFTER FOUR MINUTES OF “BRISK WALKING”. SINCE THAT DAY I HAVE NOT MISSED A DAY OF WALKING .
AT MY AGE, WALKING A 20 MINUTE MILE IS FLYING LOW.
