I am 88 and write the blog BEEFITBOB about HAPPY HEALTHY LIVING and claim to be 35 for the 53rd time.

In my life my weight got as high as 256 and blood pressure was as high as 204/105. In June 2006 I said to me that if keep on drinking and eating like I am now, where will I be in 5 years? I will be dead.
I started waking every day. At first, I could not walk 5 minutes without sitting on a park bench gasping for air. I have walked every day since. I have not missed a day of walking since June 12,2006.
We are in the middle of COVID-19. This is new untraveled territory.
