Drink lots of water and no sugar drinks.
Eat at least seven or more fresh or frozen fruits,veggies and nuts.
Walk briskly 20 to 48 minutes at home or at a place away from lots of people. Follow the 6 FOOT RULE.
Get seven or more hours of sleep.
TOGETHER WE WILL WIN THE BATTLE
