Time to fix breakfast. Stroll down the Cereal Aisle.

THIS TIME YOU AND I WILL DO OUR OWN THINKING.

THERE MUST BE FORTY KINDS OF BREAKFAST CEREAL BUT ONLY TWO ARE FIT FOR HEALTHY CONSUMPTION- ANY KIND OF OATS OR ANY KIND OF SHREDDED WHEAT.

I DISTRUST LABELS, BUT I DO READ INGREDIENTS. IT IS TIME TO USE OUR BRAIN AND NOT TRUST THE MARKETEERS S OF FOOD PRODUCTS.

 NOW BREAKFAST PREP-TIME. PUT A HAND FULL OF SHREDDED WHEAT IN A BOWL.  ADD A HALF OF A BANANA, HAND FULL OF BLACK CHERRIES, GRAPES, RAISINS BLUEBERRIES, CHOPPED ALMONDS AND CHOPPED PECANS. TOP IT OFF WITH A HALF CUP OF ALMOND SILK 

That is a  HAPPY HEALTHY BREAKFAST
