BEEFITBOB AND THE HAPPY HEALTHY TIP  OF THE DAY

Since June 12,2006 I have walked over 39 million steps. That is an average of about 7980 steps a day. The information has been recorded daily in a program called WALKERTRACKER.  In the early days the information was me estimating time and steps and emailing the info to them. Today the steps are automatically recorded on my Garmin SMARTWATCH and forwarded to WALKERTRACKER.

I want to stay with the basic simple fundamentals and leave the complicated stuff to others.

I chose to take advice and information from those who walk their talk. My Main doctor of 26 years runs two miles most every morning and again in the afternoon.IMG_1163

 

Prior to 2006 my weight was as high as 154. My Blood Pressure topped at 204/105.  I was walking death.

I have not been sick one day since June 12 2006. I weigh 149 today, and the blood pressure is OK. ( My Doc and I watch it like 2 hawks.”

The body must have only two fuels to stay alive-water and food.

I call that WAFO.

 We must perform two functions to stay alive-
