BEEFITBOB AND THE HAPPY HEALTHY TIP OF THE DAY

Steve Jobs in his famous Stanford University speech said “Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet keep looking. Don’t settle. As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know when you find it. And like any great relationship, it just gets better as the years roll on. So, keep looking until you find it. Don’t settle.”

I started look at age 22. Fifty-two years and over 16 businesses later I had not found my passion until June 12,2006. Steve Jobs and Oprah said. “You will know when you find your Passion.”  I was standing in the Gulf of Mexico and talking to myself. “Do something you can do. “I could Walk. I WILL WALK”. Since June 12, 2006 I have never missed a day of walking Briskly. Steve Jobs put it this way. “Like any great relationship, it gets better and better as the years roll on.” He also said this in his speech, and I say it right now to you. “Keep looking for your passion until you find it. Don’t settle.” 

Walking every day has made me younger and healthier, and I feel better than I was at age 35.  The North-East Texas Health department had me on their billboards as their poster boy. I write about walking, blog about walking, and talk about walking.

If I can transform from a dying old man to a happy healthy “35-year-old” then you can too.

“How can I do that?” you ask.

You will need only two, fuels to feed your body

WATER and  FOOD every day. Fresh and fresh frozen fruits and veggies, and nuts. Cut back and cut out junk food. Stop drinking sugar drinks. Quick fixes and Instant gratification won’t do it.  This is for the resy of your life. It is a LIFESTYLE.

Your body has only two tasks to do.

Get in motion, so WALK every day.
