-CARBOHYDRATES

FATS.

WE ARE,OVERWHELMED WITH INFO ABOUT ALL THREE.

AT TIMES I WILL SHARE INFORMATION ABOUT GOOD STUFF FROM ALL THREE CATEGORIES.

EVERY DAY I EAT AT LEAST 7 FRESH OR FAST FROZEN FRUITS AND VEGGIES AND NUTS.

SOMETIMES I SHARE WHAT   I CALL  SMART PROTEINS-  SMART CARBS  AND SMART FATS..
