This is Goal setting time.  Today is January 7. 

Let’s say you  weigh 240 and you plan to lose 2 pounds a week.

“I want to lose 20 pounds.” That is your goal.

See that word LOSE

 Let u s pretend you weigh 240.  Say your goal this way. On march 18 , I will weigh  220.

Force yourself to Keep positive, think  positive  and act positive.
