BEEFITBOB AND THE HAPPY HEALTHY TIP OF THE DAY
Not all habits are created equally. Fourteen years ago, I drank too much, ate lots of unhealthy food, was a couch potato and did not get enough sleep. Those are four bad habits. I asked me a very important question. If I continue these four bad habits for the next five years where will I be? “I will be dead.”. That is a certain fact.
Certainty blinds us and lets us continue bad thinking and predictable bad results. Fourteen years ago, I made the decision to change. Change is disruptive. The first change was to get off sugary drinks. I drank a little more water and a little less sugary drinks. Then I drank a little more water and a lot less sugary drinks. Today I drink no sugar drinks.
