THE BODY NEEDS WATER TO SURVIVE. WE CAN PUT LOTS OF LIQUID IN THE GUT, BUT IT ONLY JUST  NEEDS WATER.

 

I ONCE ASKED A MASSIVE WRESTLER HOW MUCH WATER I NEED. HE SHOUTED HIS ANSWER. "TAKE WHAT YOU WEIGH AND DIVIDE BY TWO. THAT IS HOW MUCH WATER IS GOOD FOR YOU". HOLY COW, I WEIGHED 220 AT THAT TIME. THAT IS 110 OUNCES  AND THAT IS A BUNCH.

NOW I WEIGH RIGHT AT 150 AND I DRINK BETWEEN 70 AND 100 OUNCES OF WATER  A DAY AND NO SUGAR DRINKS.

   WALK BRISKLY TWENTY TO SIXTY MINUTES EVERY DAY      

GET SEVEN OR MORE HOURS OF SLEEP EVERY DAY

OUR BODY NEED SLEEP TO RECHARGE. JUST DO IT.THE SMART DOCS SAY GO FOR EIGHT HOURS.
