I ONCE ASKED A MASSIVE WRESTLER HOW MUCH WATER I NEED. HE SHOUTED HIS ANSWER. “TAKE WHAT YOU WEIGH AND DIVIDE BY TWO. THAT IS HOW MUCH WATER IS GOOD FOR YOU”. HOLY COW, I WEIGHED 220 AT THAT TIME. THAT IS 110 OUNCES  AND THAT IS A BUNCH.

NOW I WEIGH RIGHT AT 150 AND I DRINK BETWEEN 70 AND 100 OUNCES OF WATER  A DAY AND NO SUGAR DRINKS.
