HERE ARE A FEW OF THE DIFFERENCES THAT HAVE CHANGED ME FROM A FAT OLD MAN TO THE HAPPY HEALTHY   NEW PERSON I AM TODAY.

  • WEIGHT DOWN FROM 254 TO 134-136 AND STAYING IN THAT RANGE
  • BLOOD PRESSURE  FROM A HIGH OF  204/105 AND NOW UNDER CONTROL
  •  HEALTHY VITAL SIGNS IMPROVED YEAR TO YEAR AND RATED  GOOD TO EXCELLENT
