I WALK EVERY DAY. WHAT IS BRISK WALKING?
MY RESEARCH DEPARTMENT WENT TO WORK AND GOT YOUR ANSWER FROM THE CENTER FOR DISEASE CONTROL. THE CDC SAYS THAT BRISK WALKING IS AT A PACE OF THREE MILES OR MORE PER HOUR.
WHEN I STARTED ON JUNE 12, 2006 I DANG NEAR POOPED OUT AFTER FOUR MINUTES OF “BRISK WALKING”. SINCE THAT DAY I HAVE WALKED OVER 33 MILLION STEPS AND HAVE NOT MISSED A DAY OF BRISK WALKING SINCE.
AT MY AGE WALKING A 20 MINUTE MILE IS FLYING LOW.
JUST START AND WALK A LITTLE FASTER AND A LITTLE FARTHER AND IT WILL BECOME A HAPPY HEALTHY HABIT
NOW I WALK FOURTY OR MORE MINUTES MOST EVERY DAY. TRY IT -YOU WILL GET “IN THE HABIT”.
