DRINK LOTS OF WATER

EAT FRESH OR FRESH FROZEN FRUITS AND VEGGIES AND NUTS EVERY DAY.

AVOID SATURATED OR TRANS FATS. AND PROCESSED FOODS. READ THE “INGREDIENTS. .CUT WAY BACK ON SUGAR, SALT. DEEP-FRIED STUFF, AND UNHEALTHY “FAST FOOD”.

WALK “BRISKLY” EVERY DAY. SET A GOAL TO WALK MORE THAN YOU ARE NOW.  GET A “STEP COUNTING WATCH” .

GET THE “WELLNESS CHECK UPS.

WATCH YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE CLOSELY.

READ GOOD BOOKS.

LEARN NEW SKILLS.

LEARN THAT “SMART PHONE”.

MEET NEW FRIENDS.

CUT OUT THE “NEGATIVE” AND GET HAPPY AND HEALTHY.
