BEEFITBOB WITH THE TIP FOR HEALTHY HAPPY LIVING

We all came into this world scared, naked and ignorant. We had no control of being born to a bank president or a bank robber. A lot of our life is a matter of luck, and some do not get dealt a good hand, but a lot of our future is based on whether we stay negative like we were born or choose to be positive.

I am reading “High Performance Habits, a best seller by Brendon Burchard. It is a study of the six major habits of the top “get er done” people in the world. It is not “motivational blue smoke” but a study of the  data.

This last week the work sheet required me to list the three major people who have influenced my life.

Who are the three people who influenced you to be who and  what your are today?

My first one is Miss Reno. She was my third grade teacher.  You could not go to the fourth grade until you memorized IT COULDN’T BE DONE by Edgar A. Guest. I had always been told been told  by my family “You can’t do it.”  Miss Reno taught me to  start to smile as I tackle the thing that can’t be done, and I do it. I thank Miss Reno for changing my Life.

I was the first in my family to go to college, and  then to graduate. Dr. William Hall was a top “PUBLIC SPEAKING” teacher in the country. I was a fat kid working my way through college. The first day he met me he said” You will win the original oratory contest for colleges and universities in Ohio and be in the Nationals at Northwestern.” I did what he said. “You Can Always Do Better” is what he said at the end of every class. I Thank Prof Hall for making me always do better.

I went to work at Success Motivation Institute. Paul J. Meyer said, “Whatever you enter into, do not give the mental recognition of the possibility of defeat.” That is the way P J lived his life. He taught me to find my passion which is  HAPPY HEALTHY  LIVING, and to WALK THE TALK. I Never give mental recognition to the possibility of defeat. Thanks P.J.

About 2% off the world population THINK, and about  18 %  of us are smart enough to  follow the  2% who THINK and then “Walk what they talk. Thomas Edison, Henry Ford, Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Bezos,  and Musk are some of the thinkers who do  or did what they talk about

Read and reread the great books. Think and Grow Rich, and The Power of Positive Thinking are a couple good ones. Statistics indicate that negative thinking is 10 times more powerful than being positive. It is 10 times easier to get hooked on CNN and FOX instead of thinking your way through a great book. It is 10 times easier to drink another sugar drink than drink lots of water. It is 10 times easier to watch TV  than to think about “As a man thinks in his heart so is he.”

DO YOU THINK ABOUT BEING HAPPY AND HEALTHY?

  • Drink lot of  water and eat six or more fresh or fresh frozen fruits and veggies, and nuts everyday,

  • Walk your way up to 10,000 steps  and  Sleep your way up to 8 hours every day. WASL
