BEEFITBOB AND THE HEALTHY HAPPY WALKING TIP OF THE DAY
THIS WEEK WE ARE GOING TO SPEND STUDYING THE FANTABULOUS BENEFITS OF WALKING BRISKLY .
SINCE I AM 35 FOR THE 31st TIME I WILL PASS ON SOME BENEFITS THAT WORK FOR ME. ( at my age anytime under a 20 minutes per hour is flying low.)
I have walked ove 32,870,000 steps since June 12, 2006. That is just shy of 8000 steps a day (7728 to be exact).
I WEIGH 100 POUNDS LESS THAN THE HIGH OF 254. iN FACT, AT 145 I WEIGH LESS THAN IN THE SIXTH GRADE. THE BIG DEAL IS BLOOD PRESSURE. IT WAS 204/105 NOW UNDER CONTROL . THE TEXAS HEALTH DEPARTMENT STUCK ME UP ON THE BILLBOARDS ON THE INTERSTATE.
