Abdominal obesity (BELLY FAT)  is serious.  It gets wrapped around internal organs  like the liver and intestines and messes up the gut big time.

This is serious stuff.. Weighing everyday , calculating BMI (Body Mass Index) , dieting, and counting calories won’t cut the mustard.

If you got DUNLAP DISEASE ( Your belly Done lapped  over your belt ) you better  take charge.

More fresh and fresh frozen fruit and veggies, and nuts every day

Walk briskly every day.

 Get more sleep. Shoot for 8 hours a day.
