Not all ground turkey and chicken is a better choice than ground beef. Some ground turkey includes skin, which adds a bunch of saturated fat. Look for lean lighter poultry rather than fatty dark meat.

Choose cuts of red meat and pork labeled loan or round.Shop for extra lean( at least 90%) ground beef. Get good at grilling, broiling baking and roasting.

Enjoy Pork loin chops,tender loins and steaks once in awhile.

 

Don’t overdo your love of meat. It is a good idea to really cut back on processed meat, franks,sausage, and bacon. Start of your meas with a big glass of water , chew your food well, and enjoy healthy ,happy eating.
