IF YOU LIVE IN VAN ZANDT COUNTY – beefitbob.   IS CONDUCTING 30 MINUTE TOURS THROUGH MY FAVORITE GROCERY STORE.. A PERFECT SIZE PER TOUR IS 10 OR  LESS FOLKS .HOLLER AND LET’S TAKE THE WALK AND TALK.

EATING SIX OR MORE  OF THE FRESH OR FAST FROZEN FRUITS AND VEGGIES  A DAY WILL LOWER YOUR CHANCES OF SICKNESS, ILLNESS AND CHRONIC DISEASE BY A BUNCH.

THE FIRST STOP IS FRESH FRUITS AND VEGGIES.

  • CHOOSE FRUIT OVER JUICES

  • THERE IS A LOTS OF VARIETY OF VEGGIES.’ GREEN,-YELLOW-RED BROWN-  ORANGE FROM IN THE GROWN- ON THE GROUND AND ABOVE THE GROUND.

  • KEEP RAW FRUITS AND VEGGIES  HANDY FOR SNACKS -DIPPING IN YOGURT AND HUMMUS IS A BIT MORE HEALTH THAN SOUR CREAM AND CHEESE DIPS.

  • LEAVE THE SKIN ON
  • EAT FRUIT AS A SNACK-SALAD OR DESERT
  • USE FRUIT INSTEAD OF SUGAR,SYRUPS AND OTHER SWEET TOPPINGS ON PANCAKES ,CEREALS,ICE CREAM AND YOGURT.
