Fiber or Roughage is the indigestible part of fruits and veggies that passes through your gut,absorbing water and keeps you cleaned out. If you don’t eat enough fiber you can get constipated, and end up with Dunlaps Disease. (your belly dun lapped over your belt) Then it gets worse from there. Oatmeal, fruits, beans, carrots,and broccoli are some of my favorite fibers.
