REDUCE SODIUM INTAKE

  • Cut back on canned food,fast food and frozen meals
  • Drink more water and less sugar drinks
  • Eat some water filled fruits and veggies. Some of my favorites are cantaloupe,strawberries,watermelon , cabbage,celery and spinach.
  • Walk Briskly. It is great to circulation and  good circulation is a good thing
