  • CUT BACK ON SALT AND SODIUM especially   from caned veggies,  and frozen food
  • Drink water. Your belly will get used to it and get it out the normal way.  Quit griping –just do it.
  • EAT “WATERY FOOD  Melon, lettuce, cabbage, celery,  and spinach are healthy foods that are full of water.
  • WALK.
