You feel fuller longer.  The sore spots  in you joints and bones feel like they are getting a grease job. You feel looser and not stiff.  They are just plain GOOD FOR US.

Nuts, fruits, olive oil,avacados,sunflower seeds,and balsamic vinaigrette dresssing are some of my facorites..
