GOT STRESS-DEAL WITH IT

Lots of stressful weather conditions in the south this week. Blow out all your air clear to the bottom of your belly. Now breath in fresh air and fill the lungs all the way to the top of your chest. Keep doing it at least fife times, five times a day. Make it a habit. Short shallow breathing causes stress and leads to all kinds of problems. Breath healthy,be happy.2013-12-31 15.09.45
