PROTEIN TO GET THE DAY GOING GOOD

 

– Plenty of lean protein gets the day started with a “zipadeedoda”.

Get out of the sack, do your bathroom business, make a power shake with a dab of  protein.  I use a protein powder, water, frozen pineapple and blueberries, a bit of banana, and ice cubes in the blender.

My Smart Phone loses its oomph and needs to recharge. Our body loses its oomph so we need to recharge it first thing every morning. Don’t get ”
nerdy”. just do it. No big deal.
